Rewild Mobile offers essentially three different SIM Only plans, allowing you to choose between 4GB, 10GB, and unlimited data, and with all of them including unlimited minutes and texts.

However, you can also choose whether you want this plan on a 30-day, 12-month, or 24-month term, with monthly prices being lower if you commit for longer.

Additionally, the network offers a travel SIM which works in over 200 countries. This gives you a choice of data (from 1GB to 50GB) and a choice of durations (from seven days to 30 days), with prices starting from £2.96.

However, Rewild Mobile doesn’t sell phones, and nor does it have a Pay As You Go service.

Value for money

Rewild Mobile’s SIM Only plans are middling value for money. The unlimited data plans are the best value relative to other networks, though for the very cheapest prices you have to commit to a 24-month contract. Do that and you can get unlimited data for just £20 per month, which rivals Smarty and undercuts most other networks. However, you can get this same price on a 30-day plan on Smarty.

As for lower data allowances, these are slightly less competitive in terms of their price.

On the plus side, the network has said there will be no mid-contract price hikes.

Extras and benefits

All of Rewild Mobile’s plans include 5G, and they also include other fairly standard features like tethering and Wi-Fi Calling, though the main benefit of this network is simply that you’ll know your money is doing some good for nature.

5G

Like almost every network these days, Rewild Mobile offers 5G as standard, so you won’t have to pay extra for the highest speeds.

Roaming

Rewild Mobile will let you use your allowances in the EU (up to a fair use limit of 20GB if you have an unlimited plan), but you’ll be charged £2.50 per day to do this, so roaming isn’t free.

That’s on its standard plans. Of course, if you buy the company’s travel SIM then roaming is included in your price, but this is purely a travel SIM, designed for short-term use abroad.

Tethering

Tethering (also known as a personal hotspot) is allowed by Rewild Mobile, so you can share your phone’s internet connection with other devices. This is a feature you’ll get on almost every network though

Wi-Fi Calling

Wi-Fi Calling is offered by Rewild Mobile, meaning you can call and text as normal when connected to Wi-Fi, even if there’s no mobile signal.

VoLTE

VoLTE, which is also known as Voice over LTE or 4G Calling, means being able to call over 4G, rather than 2G, and Rewild Mobile also offers this according to a support agent we spoke to.

Data rollover

There’s no data rollover on Rewild Mobile, so you won’t get a second chance to use your data. But this is a feature that very few networks offer anyway.

Spending caps

A support agent informed us that Rewild Mobile does have spending caps, so you won’t be able to spend above a certain level.

Unlimited data

Rewild Mobile offers plans with unlimited data and there don’t appear to be any fair use limits listed for data in the UK, but there’s a 20GB limit in Europe.

Family plans

Rewild Mobile doesn’t offer family plans, so you won’t be rewarded for adding additional plans to your account.

Credit checks

A support agent assured us that Rewild Mobile won’t credit check you for its plans.

eSIMs

Rewild Mobile offers eSIMs with all its plans, and you can select whether you want one of these or a physical SIM card after you’ve signed up.

Unique perks

The main somewhat unique perk of Rewild Mobile is that 25% of its profits go back to nature. In particular, it supports Heal Rewilding – a UK charity that helps to restore land for nature recovery in England.

Beyond that, Rewild is also unusual in that it offers travel SIMs. Usually you have to go to a dedicated travel SIM provider for these, rather than an MVNO that also offers UK SIMs.

Which network does Rewild Mobile use?

Rewild Mobile gives you coverage from both Three and Vodafone, which is unusual as most MVNOs are partnered with just one network.

Of course, Vodafone and Three have now merged and are increasingly sharing coverage with one another, but some of their MVNOs still only report getting coverage from either Three or Vodafone.

Coverage

Rewild Mobile has near comprehensive 4G coverage through its partnership with Three and Vodafone, and its 5G is quite widespread too.

Note that the 5G figure below was taken from a 2025 Ofcom report and relates to UK premises outdoors that have a Three signal. For Vodafone, the figure in that report was 64%.

Rewild’s network isn’t part of any major speed reports, but Vodafone and Three have been extensively studied, and you can see some of their speeds in the chart above.

Those download and upload speeds were taken from a January 2026 Opensignal report, with those from Three being the second best on test. Those results use a mix of 5G and 4G, to reflect real-world use.

The average loaded latency (how long the network takes to respond to a request when the connection is under heavy use) was taken from a 2025 Speedtest report, and Three’s is the best result here, followed by Vodafone’s.

Things are similarly promising when you look at 5G, with the above Opensignal report highlighting Three’s average 5G download speed as the best on test, at 187Mbps. Its average 5G upload speed was also the highest, at 20.2Mbps.

Then there’s a RootMetrics report from the second half of 2025, which put Three’s and Vodafone’s median 5G download speeds at second and third best on test respectively, with Three’s being 198.3Mbps. Three also recorded the highest 95th percentile 5G download speed, at 886.6Mbps.

Finally, Speedtest in 2025 found that Three’s median 5G download and upload speeds had all the other networks beat, at 214.02Mbps and 13.08Mbps respectively.

Traffic management

Rewild Mobile doesn’t appear to publish a traffic management policy at the time of writing.

The frequencies in the chart above are those used by Vodafone and Three combined, and since Rewild shares their coverage it likely has access to the same bands.

Generally, lower frequency bands like the 800MHz one can travel over longer distances and are better at passing through objects, while higher frequency ones tend to have more capacity, making them useful in busy areas. So a mix of both is useful, and that’s certainly what you get here.

Customer service

Rewild Mobile has a very high Trustpilot rating of 4.8/5 at the time of writing. That equates to ‘excellent’, though it’s only currently based on 90 ratings.

Stores

Rewild Mobile doesn’t operate any physical stores.

Conclusion

Rewild Mobile stands out primarily for the good it aims to do for nature. So if you want your money to be put into rewilding rather than shareholders pockets, it’s a strong choice.

Its travel SIM is an interesting option too, and its prices aren’t bad.

But its standard SIM Only plans do charge for roaming, and it doesn’t have as many extras as some networks.

Alternatives

You could of course pick Vodafone or Three themselves for similar coverage. These networks have a far wider selection of plans too, and more extras – including some plans that come with subscriptions to streaming services. But they also tend to cost more, and don’t commit to giving money to good causes.

Other options include Smarty if you want Three’s coverage and Rewild-beating prices, or VOXI for a slightly cheaper alternative to Vodafone.
