Preview of the “4G Ready” Nokia Lumia 920.
4G.co.uk has already previewed the “4G Ready” phones that will be available at the time of EE’s ( Everything Everywhere – which owns Orange and T-Mobile ) 4G launch on 30th October.
Now we look at the Nokia Lumia 920 which will be available to buy as a 4G enabled phone sometime in November this year. It is what EE are calling “4G Ready” and has download speeds of around five times faster than a Lumia 920 on a 3G network.
Initially, the Nokia Lumia 920 will come in either white or black. It weighs 186 grams and measures 130.3 mm X 70.8 Mm x 11.95 mm. It has a 4.5” WXGA LCD capacitive touch screen display and an 8 Megapixel camera with a resolution of 3552 x 2448 pixels, Nokia Pureview, a Carl Zeiss Tessar lens, auto-focus and a pair of LED flashes. The secondary camera is a 1.2 Megapixel front facing camera.
The Nokia Lumia 920 LTE comes with integrated wireless charging NFC (Near Field Communication ) and an integrated 2000mAh battery. The processing power comes from the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.5GHz dual core processor supported by 32 Gigabytes of internal memory and 1 Gigabytes of RAM.
As soon as 4G can get hold of the phone we will undertake our Nokia Lumia 920 review and post it here when we will really find out more about it.
